  • isen workshop would have been an option :)
    that mason Ti is probably ticks all boxes, but not economical ( plus their forks are pretty unremarkable on a bike of this price) .
    If i needed a supercommuter/winter trainer type frame, not sure what' i'd do, maybe, i'd look at he best steel possible ? ( isen used 853 steel for instance ).

  • I could use my Talbot I guess, it does technically tick the boxes! But is set up to be a bit more fancy than a winter bike...

    I think that's the way I was instinctively leaning though - nice steel with enough braze ons / internal routing etc to do everything I want.
