Yes it is - both pieces are. It seems like, especially now, he’s got no chance and it’s one thing being difficult and quite another essentially and lawfully succeeding in claiming someone else’s land. Had a look at new (since 2002) legislation and seemingly the fact the previous owner has written and signed a document saying she gave him permission to use the land and the fact it’s changed ownership and that there is lots of evidence of me on the land and clearing it and putting in planning and contractors quote’s basically show he’s not the sole occupier of the land.
Edit: previous owner also has messages between them relating to the land
