  • **Now splitting - what's left:
    105 5800/R7000 mix: shifters, mechs, brakes: £130
    Fizik Cyrano R3 Bars: £15
    Ultegra pedals: £15
    **

Selling my Principia, size 55cm. Rides amazingly, really light and nippy (just under 8kg according to my luggage scale).
Frame has a few nicks and scratches; no dents.

Fork is Columbus with lots of steerer (currently set up to be pretty comfortable, could be a lot more racey).

Groupset is a mix of R7000 and 5800, all working well. The hoods are a bit worn.

    Full spec:

    • Frame: Principia SX RSL, size 55cm
    • Fork: Columbus Minimal (? can't remember)
    • Groupset: 105 (R7000 RD and crankset, the rest is 5800)
    • Wheels: Fulcrum Racing 3
    • Tyres: Continental 4 seasons 25mm
    • Seatpost: USE carbon
    • Seat: Fizik Arione (I think)
    • Pedals: Ultegra
    • Bars: Fizik Cyrano R3
    • Stem: Deda Zero 1
    • Headset: Cane Creek

Will also include some Raceblade Longs (the nice ones that attach at the axles and look like normal mudguards).

Collection from Beckenham or possibly central at a stretch.

    £575 > £550 > £530 > £515 > £500 > eBay > £450 > £420 > £415 > £400 > SOLD

Or £200 > £190 for frame, fork, headset, wheels & some Rubino Pros. > SOLD

  • Drop £550.

Will also include some Raceblade Longs (the nice ones that attach at the axles and look like normal mudguards).

  • Drop £530

  • Nice. Wheels are racing 3 from the photos - which are pricier than the 5s as per your description. The forks do look like the minimals too .. which are the good ones.

Used to live in Beckenham before moving to Leeds. Really miss the Fancy kebab restaurant on the corner opposite the cinema 😞

  • Love a Principia.....GLWS!

  • Cheers guys. You are right @D_Mars, they are 3 - was thinking about the 5s I had on another bike.

  • Drop £515 ONO

  • Drop £500

  • I wish bikes like this came with rack mounts as default...

  • You can have the best off both with strap on bags.

  • I've got a set of apidura bags but can't see them working for me on a long self-sustained tour, having done a credit card tour pretty much as pictured on your bike at max capacity - no room for anything like a normal light tent or burners etc. I'm sure it can be done but not comfortably, by me!

  • £450 anyone?

Or £230 for frame, fork, headset, wheels & some Rubino Pros.

  • Drop: £200 for frame, fork, headset, wheels.

  • Drop £430

  • Dibs! Will pm- Sorry ignore- my friend is taller than I realised. Apologies

  • Drop £420 or £190 for frame, fork, headset, wheels.

  • tempting, max tyre clearance?

  • @Matisse photos are 25mm with the Raceblade attachments.
Reckon you could go 28mm without them.

  • Lot of bike for the money. Have a bump

  • Thanks @picco

Final bump in this guise before I take a few of the nicer bits off - £415

  • You should weld on a disc tab at the rear, add a disc fork, replace cockpit with an integrated bar/stem thingy, drill it for internal hydraulic cable routing and add a groupset that only shifts if the battery is charged. Worth loadsamoney then

  • Principias are criminally underrated. They are light AF and stiff as hell. The ones I’ve owned were absolute rocket ships pointed uphill.

  • Drop £400

Or £350 with a kinesis fork and a generic seat post instead of what's listed.

If it doesn't sell at this price I'll split (group, wheels, frame, bars)
