something like this
I would be looking for something which lists the output levels in the spec. That one is a bit vague.
https://cpc.farnell.com/tiger-power-supplies/usb-c-panel-b/charger-usb-a-c-qc-18w-pd-30w/dp/CN24458 looks more likely to work with more thirsty devices.

Garmin dash camera for Christmas and would like a neater install solution than the USB to cigarette lighter push in
I use a Powerbank (earlier version of this), which has the advantage of continuing to power the dashcam while parked. Easier than finding a 12V wire which is live with the ignition off, extending it to the glove box, drilling holes etc. I get more than 24h of recording from a full charge.
I was given a mini Garmin dash camera for Christmas and would like a neater install solution than the USB to cigarette lighter push in (90's car, no OBD-2 port). It would also be helpful to have a plug in to charge my phone when on the move. I'm going to locate it into the glovebox and join it onto to one of the 12V feeds however i've noticed when i use the wrong household charger for my phone (USBA - USBC instead of USBC - USBC) it doesn't charge. Is there any reason why if i install something like this it won't both provide power for the Garmin and a charge for the Pixel phone?
The one in the link looks a bit shit so if anyone has suggestions for something better quality i'm all ears.
