tall and narrow (2380 x 205)
Hang on, 20cm wide?
That is very narrow. Is it worth it? Also why 2 doors?
Do you have the diy skills to stack 3 of these METODs on top of each other?
Some nice hinges and custom doors. Should still be under £500 all in. You could even get a handyman to fit and adjust the doors.
Or have I totally misunderstood the dimensions?

Horizontal split on the doors, not vertical.
I have considered hacking something off the shelf but 205 is max width at the top - at the bottom it’s more like 180 (Victorian walls).
I’ve attached a dodgy photo to illustrate the awkwardness of trying to manoeuvre anything pre-built into it, although you can’t quite see the plaster skim lip that’s built up!
Also, it would be £500 plus 3 days of my time (spread over about 6 months) 😂
A question that I realise probably has too many variables to get an answer to:
Is £1300 a reasonable price for a fitted cupboard in a bathroom?
It’s tall and narrow (2380 x 205) and in an awkward space between shower and wall, with two doors and a slatted wood finish.
At a guess it’s 2 days to prep/paint and another day to fit, with the materials being pre-cut, so I can see how it got to that amount, materials cost depending. Still about double what I had in my head though…
