Thankfully it's a pretty simple little telescope (obviously the mount isn't the stock one, but it's still an alt-az mount so should behave just like the stock dobsonian mount, with the added benefit of not having to crouch down to look into the eyepiece!)

You'll want to fully extend the two little arms there as that sets the focal length. The eyepiece holder is also pretty simple as it just screws in and out to adjust focus.

Is the finder scope on there? It's a little red dot sight, should attach very close to where the eyepiece is. First thing to do is to align that so you can easily find more faint objects. Best thing to do is point the scope at something big and obvious like the moon, get it centred in the view of the actual telescope, then set the finder scope alignment so it's right in the centre of what you're looking at (there's 3 little wheels on the finder scope, one for switching on the light, and the other two are for horizontal and vertical alignment).
