I need a really good Dentist

Absolutely terrified, I know I need a lot of work, due to existing dental issues (repaired broken teeth from trauma) and vaping over the last two years.

As a child I had some awful dental experiences that mean I have a real anxiety about this. Does anyone know of any really, and I mean really fucking good dentists that won't judge me and are used to dealing with people like me?

I've been in/still in your shoes. The truth is private dentists are keen to keep you as a customer, in the sense that if you feel judged, you will just not return.

Gone are the days of being berated by dentists, and a lot of practices even have pages about dental anxiety.

Good luck, the first visit is the worst.

I can't give recommendations for London however.

Whereabouts are you based? I had a much milder dental anxiety than you're describing and have been pleased with the experience after 3 visits to the gardens dental center just off Peckham Rye. I wouldn't necessarily say they were life-changingly good, but I have no complaints and happy to recommend them.
