Thanks, 1x would be fine, but really looking for drops. Also suspect being ti it will be more than I want to spend. Whatever I get will need to be my every day plus touring bike. Accordingly it'll get left locked up fairly often.

Perfect spec would be XL steel or alu frame; carbon fork; drops; 2x; 700C; hydro 105 or thereabouts; mounts for guards and panniers.

Everything flexible though!

I'm still considering the GT linked above but can't quite get excited by it somehow.

There a couple of possibles on Pinkbike but can't seem to register successfully ... 😕

Thank you for that, unfortunately I don't think a 56 will be large enough for me. Probably need 58-60 or 61 depending on geometry.
