• I'm really struggling to find motivation after the break I had over the December and the holidays.

    Hovering around 82.5kg, after having gone down from 91 to 81kg.

    Target one was to go sub 80kg with an ultimate goal of 75kg.

    I seem to have lost will power on a whole host of things (weight loss, daily laundry, flossing).

    I know that I need to do kickstart myself back into action and that I'll be glad if I do. Problem is that I have never, in my forty five years, found the magic incantation that works.

    Maybe this post will help....

  • Speaking as someone that recognizes those traits in ones self.... It probably won't. It's likely gonna need you to be ready in the right headspace. Sometimes you're just not. Which is ok too.

  • maybe target an event you are looking forward to in the spring, and a couple of items of clothing you would like to wear to it, but no longer fit.

  • My motivation has been non existent recently as well! Maybe it's the shit weather? Anyway, I'm up to nearly 64kg from closer to 61kg after Christmas and not really getting back in the swing of healthy eating afterwards. I'm posting here to try and give myself a kick up the arse to not undo the hard work I put in last year! The blanket ban on crisps is back in effect.
