Had a wonderful experience with them recently.
Was expecting a delivery on Saturday but the package didn't arrive. Contacted the sender and they said they think there had been a mix up as it was meant to be delivered on Monday so please just wait and see what happens then. Monday comes, my package is out for delivery again, it gets to 5pm and they tell me they "missed me" and will attempt to deliver the next day. On Tuesday morning I check they tracking and they have decided to return my package to the sender instead!
The sender immediately dispatches a new item with next day delivery and sure enough the following day they "missed me" yet again. Finally they decide to just bypass me entirely and deliver to my preferred collection point except that instead of the local post office they say they have left it at, they have actually left it at a completely different one with a similar name 25 minutes from me.
Utterly fucking useless!!!!!Anyway, tldr, for anyone facing issues with DPD in the future I managed to find this direct whatsapp number for their customer service team +44 121 275 0500
