So I've reached out to Dolan and here are some more info they provided.
The junior cranks are made to the same quality as the adult version, including BCD and pedal threads, so 9/16" vs 1/2" that comes with most junior pedals, and the Q factor is 150mm.
I'll update more once I've had a chance to ride on them.
