Can't help you on the prismatic but if you're looking for waterslide under the clearcoat then Gil at Retrodecals would be a good bet.

What do people do for custom decals? I'd like to add personal name to my frame.
It seems I need to go via Hackney Peddler as can't get through to Steve on the phone, and Mario couldn't do the colour wanted for PPC.
Btw image attached shows iridescence Hackney can add to RAL colours. They said £220 for single colour with that. Doesn't seem you can ask for Prismatic unless someone knows different way to go about this?
