Hard to go wrong with ProCook in that range.
Beware paying full price with them though - they very often have sales, you may even be able to get two during a sale.

Thanks this is ideal. I’ve not used a Nakiri before but it sounds like it’s exactly what I’m after?

I have that exact knife. It's good, holds an edge well and I've not managed to chip it yet. Sure there are better ones but for the money they're hard to beat. Sometimes they're even more heavily discounted.
