Got to say I've been really pleased with how the 650s have changed the handling and allowed me to use much fatter tyres on my off road bike. I almost certainly wouldn't have tried them if they hadn't been such a bargain especially as my bike's not officially rated for them.
Even at the ebay resellers' prices, they're still very cheap for carbon wheels and I'm sure will sell in the next few months.
