3dpbs is legit. It's a fella in Germany who arranges 3D printing of metal parts for a lot of European frame builders. He tried to launch a bottle cage business last year but it doesn't look to have taken off.

The bottle cages are great quality, think he's of japanese origin and even 3d/cnc fork crowns for samson the njs framebuilder.
