"Ideal for aftermarket shifters (stock post 2017 ones are not strong enough) with a "straight through" anchorage system - pre 2017 style."
I'm using a 2015 spring with a barrel nut so I can use a normal inner cable on my remote suspension locker (not dropper, oops). Is it worth the replacement/upgrade still?
Hahaha. It's some Suntour lockout I bought from a Decathlon store. It seems fine to me as it's a very simple design - push the lever down to lock it in place and pull the cable, release it both the cable and lever return to the 'open' position.
Cheers. Description says,
