I'd suggest looking into Orient, pretty much manufactured by Seiko. Your budget could net you new watches by them and I've been wearing one (AC05, that I bought off eBay for not very much at all) as my only watch in all weathers and conditions that looks amazing, has been through me coming off the bike, and is still running strong years in.

Hello. A newbie question. I’m after a second hand mechanical watch for my son (young adult). Are there any good sites or London shops anyone can recommend?
I’m going to be at the lower end of prices, for sure. You all seem to have a good eye for a watch.
