I've got a topcap that is also the mount but specifically interested in the spacer that is the mount, while using a normal top cap.

They seem to be pretty readily available. Here for example, or plenty on Amazon / fleabay.
There's a few 3d prints available on Thingiverse.com as well, but they look pretty chunky.

Headset spacer and top cap go pro mounts seem fairly readily available in the usual places, had toyed with getting one myself as a neater way for a GoPro at the front
