They are only a nightmare to set-up because of the ridiculous pad clearance. It’s enough to make me take them off the bike, to be replaced by R7100. I know I’ll regret it next time I’m descending with a loaded bike, but hey ho.
Once you get the hang of the flathead-screwdriver-behind-the-pad-while-squeezing thing, which is explained on one of their videos, alignment is fine.
Watched that many times, but on my second rebleed it just didn't cut it - was having issues. Got into contact with Hope who sent me some additional tips, which seemed to do it for me. Happy to share them here when I dig em up.
