    Look a bit more acceptable when not being used compared to a concept 2 and second hand prices aren't wild.

  • I think they maybe have limited resistance adjustment compared to a Concept 2?

  • The Waterrower have a more realistic feel of an oar in water at the beginning of the stroke than Concept2.

    You can change the resistance but it requires the addition or subtraction of water from the vessel. That's a bit of a pain.

  • I've had one for about 20 years. For me (and my wife) it's much more acceptable in the home than a concept 2, and I like the natural feel. Hard to accurately compare efforts with those done on the industry standard concept 2, if that's a concern. Not a serious rower by any stretch though (by which I mean me, not the machine).
