After some cheap pedals, either Look Keo compatible (don't have to be actual Look, just compatible) or a set of those one-sided SPD/flats. Again, any brand will do, silver preferable. But in both cases price will be what clinches it.

Have a pair (Shimano I think) you can have for the cost of postage
Will dig them out later and put up a picture?

I’ve got these Exustar ones. There’s a bit of damage to the plastic bit on the spindle on the right but they work ok and you can have them for postage if you like.

Do they work with Keo cleats? Or are these the one-side spd/flats? A pic would be great either way, ta.
