Original adhesives are heat activated and urethane-based so they are flexible and there isn't really a retail/consumer alternative to big 500ml tubs of it (and fumes are evil) but Loctite does Shoe Glue of its own but I haven't used.
Angelus also do a shoe cement for similar price but less DIY friendly.

Outer sole, glow in dark, coming away from foam booster bit.
What glue or just run in them till they fail?
