M8000 Crankset, Derailleur, shifter, cassette and brakeset

Few spares left from splitting my Bird Aeris. Crank are quite rubbed. Chainring is 32t and in good condition just bit filthy, going to strip and clean today after work.

Derailleur is in good condition, few marks from storage and riding but its straight and it never took an impact

Shifter is 2 weeks old

Rear brake may need bleeding, still works but bit springy. Brakes are fairly new as well

Once i convert my surly KM into ss ill have another lot of 11 speed shimano m8000 xt bits (in better condition) inc derailleur, shifter and cassette (and chain)
