Hmm, we never block anyone for anything like that.
To my knowledge there's only one way for someone to be blocked if it isn't by my banning them, and this can happen if email is rejected.
Ways for email to get email rejected:
- He hit the spam button. There is little I can do here, this is enforced by his email provider
- Some transient email issue occured on his end causing his email to be rejected. After enough rejections my server will no longer send email. I can unblock this, if this is what happened. But if the issues occur again then it will block again. Sending to a mailbox rejecting email also risks getting triggered as spam, and I avoid that as much as possible because I can't repair that.
But, I don't know who he is, or his email.
You can DM me and I'll look later today as I'm just about to head to the airport and won't be able to fire up a laptop until much later.
I need to know his username or email address.

@thornybabe was asking about my account.
My email provider has been having problems as we’re currently touring and I think all the different countries I login from has put security barriers up.
My partners account on here had been blocked. This may be because he was having login trouble with the email address that he uses for this? His email issue is fixed now. Any idea how to get back on here?
