When the car steams up, should I be putting the blowers on warm or cold?
Doesn't matter just make sure the AC is on because that's what dehumidifies.
Warm, but with air-con on as it dehumidifies the air a bit. Make sure re-circulation is off.
It won’t do much until the engine is up to temperature.
If you have AC make sure your cabin filter is clean or new. If it's a bit claggy your car interior will always be foggy.
