Been using a Chemex Ottomatic for the lasr couple of weeks. Never made Chemex before (strictly V60 and Pavoni here!). Won it as part of the LSOL subscription on a coffee forum I am part of.
Such a simple and fairly elegant design for a 'machine' and my V60 dripper also fits on top of the Chemex as well so best of both worlds!
