Start here and then just selected an option until GCN was allowed to be a chosen app. It took a few attempts and I can’t remember which one it was. I think it was report a quality issue and you then get free text after selecting the app.
How did you contact Apple? My subscription isn’t showing up in the list for “request a refund” because it seems to only show the last couple of months, did you go a different route?
