The purple boarder bits are definitely cemented in. The main bit of the entrance path probably is.

But mainly I don't want to fuck it up.

Do you know how deep the concrete is? Dig a hole next to it and see if you can just run it under

Current plan is to dig a hole in each of the beds on either side of the path, then use a long sds drill bit to make a hole to run the cable through, or possibly some small conduit then the cable through that.

God looking at these photos makes me long for the spring so I can replant the beds.
