TRp makes a Hose Coupler

You could change olive and insert to sram (at your own risk...)

Ah yeah nice, I was wondering whether anyone made a double sided threaded connector for exactly that. I'd have to see if there's any in the UK, otherwise it won't be much cheaper than buying a single extra hose which would be preferable all else equal, as it's one fewer potential leak points
