Even without the crack, I'd say this is definitely toast. Aluminium fatigues given half a chance, and that dent is evidently a big invitation.
And the more highly engineered the item, the more marginal it is... CAAD12 is right up there. I'd swap it for the dodgy carbon frame in a heartbeat
