  • Yeah ate many versions of puffin Iceland too. Along with the attempting to eat the rotting shark.

  • Context is everything, I should’ve been clearer :)

  • Fox hunters should undergo the same chance as being ripped apart as a fox. Then it might show to people how barbaric it is. Classing this as a sport is utter shite.

Have been on a 'hunt' and I went for the sloe gin and as I was invited. Saw what happened to a fox and the glee and just felt lost in that group of people. Am a farm boy so killing stuff to eat is normal. This wasn't. Ended that relationship because of that experience.

Understand the fox is seen as vermin but killed in a quick and as painless as possible. Respect the animal.

Whilst the life of an urban fox isn't great, shorter life etc but we (as people) need to see how we urban people cause foxes.

  • Assholes in giant pickup trucks seem to love these. Because of the size of the truck their headlights shine right into your rear view mirror.
    I hate big pickup trucks.

  • People that abandon their shopping in a supermarket. Various meats and other perishables from the fridges ditched next to the cleaning products…

  • People who crack eggs one handed. Absolutely unnecessary showboating.

  • I do that. You get less chance of bits of shell in your scrambled egg.

  • I used to do the breakfast shift at a fast-food joint bitd. Two eggs one-handed in both hands was definitely the way forwards when cracking 100-200 eggs for scrambled eggs!

  • What's the science behind single handed method reducing shell contam? I am willing to change.

  • No idea. My best guess is that by imploding the eggs with your thumb rather than smashing a knife against it the shell fragments all remain stuck to the membrane, but who knows?

  • One handed cracking results in more egg goo on hand though

  • I invariably get more egg shell when I one hand crack. Skill issue evidently.

  • I found I got better results one handed cracking, but stopped once I moved into a flat share because I was too self conscious about looking poncy.

Never really taken it back up.

I think it might work better because you're pivoting it apart more rather than breaking it in half.

  • Crack on a flat surface, don't push the shell inside, enjoy shell free eggs.

  • They crack perfectly nearly every time, but don’t they also risk contaminating the egg with whatever’s on the shell?

  • That's why you should crack them on a flat surface not on the rim of a bowl or the like.

  • don’t they also risk contaminating the egg with whatever’s on the shell?

I don't think this is worth worrying about

Source: I have never worried about this

  • Think about the poor unborn chicken children!

  • Ordering a take away for collection, being told it will be 20 minutes, heading down after 20 minutes and waiting another 30 for you food

  • Technically, just half the genetic material required to produce a chicken child.

  • Although better than having the food sit for twenty minutes before the agreed upon time.

  • I know, but the truth is rarely fun.

  • Our Chinese does the opposite - without fail it's 20mins, and everytime it's already sitting in the hot box. I once left immediately to collect and only then did I have to wait. And not long.

  • SUVs and long protruding German saloons in the car parks of family locations.

Is there a law against hatchbacks that I'm unaware of?

It's like there's some sort of venn diagram intersection between new balance mums and grime videos. They're rocking Moncler jackets too.
