uh, i think its a 380 hub not Automatiq, zero experience with Enviolo, what am I supposed to do as maintenance? Like the CVT Shifter.

Once it dies defo Rohloff.

Learn how to do it yourself. If you ever remove the wheel, there's a specific process to resetting the CVT. The shifter will at some point, guarantee failure. They're a weak point. Internally fuck all. Clutch and and pawls just need it once in a blue moon.
