Sounds like when I had an off on the commute home, smashed out the 3 front teeth on the top, one of which I couldn't locate. 2 weeks later, once the swelling had gone down, the dentist took some xrays. Later that day, got a phone call asking if I could go back in.
Showed me the xray and one of my teeth was embedded in my top lip. Said he hadn't seen one like that in his entire career and would I mind if the rest of the staff (and I mean all of them) could come in and watch it being extracted!
