That's good to know! My OH pointed out that it was meant to be a fun gift not an ordeal.
That said, last year I went snowboarding and I felt like my fitness really held me back, so I just don't want to be dying.
On the BMX it was definitely skill rather than fitness holding me back (although I did it when it was about 25 degrees so pretty warm).
On the track you could definitely feel it getting up the banking but still doable even out of shape.
