thank you!
it's rakarth flesh base coat (a pinky, purply, brown white), then stippled with screaming skull (sandy white) leaving some of the base coat showing. i use an old brush to get the paint texture.
then it's glazed with skeleton hoard
when it's dry i went back and edge highlighted the sharpest edges with screaming skull
recessed shadeed the deepest panels on the wings and such with agrax
you could push it further by adding a lighter off white to the stippling section, or a light dry brush after the glaze but i wanted it done in an afternoon.
the undercarridge is corvus black (grey black), dry brushed with leadbelcher (gun metal) then a lighter dry brush of bright silver. any heated engine parts i picked out with a off white and then glazed with blue contrast paint. again you could push this with an edge highllight and using a purple; orange glaze with the blue for heat effects.
at its core, base coat, lighter shade stippling, then glaze, i find is a great way to get a readable, quick paint job which has some interest to it. you can also use a sponge to stipple it instead to create something softer

Loving the paint on that bike! Gives it so much movement. How did you do it?
