It's not fucking offensive and what kind of dickhead buys a house on a road they don't like the name of? Slag heaps are everywhere there are mines and the fact it's former ironworks makes it pretty obvious where the name comes from.
Maybe it can be changed to Nimby Dildos Lane to reflect the couple of dafties living there.
