    The new GRX brakes are said to have slightly more clearance than the 11 speed generation.
    I just replaced my old RX4s with the new GRX and they do seem to be quieter, but I haven't used them in rain yet.

  • I am on XT four piston calipers on my R7000 levers on the winter road bike. And that's quieter than my RX4 in same conditions I feel.

  • If they are the same as my 12s Ultegra calipers, then they have 10% more clearance than previous model.

  • If I'm going to strip the Crux and stick Di2 on it, is it worth going to 12S for this kind of improvement? I always figured I'd stick with 11s Di2 so it matches all my other stuff for simplicity but if there's actual improvements worth considering (I don't consider an extra cog enough but if you weigh against cost and availability and future proofing.. )?
