For all those people that didn't know Aram, I know it may sound like we're blowing smoke up a dead guy's butt but @Wicksie is bang on the money.
I shared so many amazing, funny, ridiculous times with Aram. Riding bikes, playing bike polo (badly), getting drunk/high, DJing together, going to gigs, making music together. His moral compass was always bang on, he treated everyone with respect and kindness, he just loved people, hanging out with his friends and enjoying his life. He always wanted to help people and that was reflected in his career as an OT, he wanted to make a difference and make people's lives better, because what's the fucking point of doing a job if you can't improve the world while you're doing it. I took away a lot from that attitude and changed my career in no small part because of his influence.
And one last thing, he was the best fucking drummer I've ever played with. A fucking natural in that annoying way that American musicians have, perfect feel, meter, the absolute best. Irreplaceable, I am absolutely heartbroken.
