A few outbreaks of medieval diseases will help force the population to be exiled to other countries. This seems inevitable to me. I can't imagine Biden preventing it. It suits Hamas and Netanyahu to have an endless war. The death toll so far will be just a small fraction of what's to come. I hope I'm wrong.
