  • Looks shit and you will hate it. ;)

  • Oh wow! That's rad, any CCM I've seen has been beautifully finished.
    Well wear!

  • So cheap t509 speed triple in black...would it be bad to strip and paint the bike atomic red

  • A lot more pics needed than this

  • Strolling around today and some bikes outside a pub we passed, is it bad to be more taken with the yam than the hesketh?

  • I had a Kawasaki KC100 that was nearly identical to the Suzuki.

  • I wouldnt ever buy one but that hesketh is cool

  • It's crazy.

  • Rather have the rocket 3, nice and nimble through traffic

  • I know my bike doesn't hold a candle to it, but there are similarities from a distance.

    God that twin is hulking.

I'm actually less of a fan of the tank profile.

Wonder what it weighs - my God 572 lbs! That's too heavy. At that weight that rocket 3 is far more appropriate. My triumph is close to 400 lbs wet after removing the fender and swapping the exhaust and I think it's too heavy.

What's it cost? 60k!?! I can't see that kind of value in that bike. Doesn't make sense.

What a crazy bike though. just hard to fathom that weight and that cost for that type of bike is all

It’s a strong example of taking bits not designed to be in a sports bike ( S&S v twin, Gates belt drive and a separate gear box) putting them in a sports bike frame and then ending up with a barge! Maybe it rides nice but a buell would be cheaper and nimbler. It’s not as if hesketh was a particularly well regarded marque bitd like a modern Brough or Norton

  • It looks like a fox has launched a frenzied attack on my saddle. 47 years of pristine condition before this bastard came along. What a damn shame.

  • Gonna sell my Sherco 300 2016.

Decided I should pay big money for an electric one just to increase my opportunities to practice.

If anyone is in the vicinity of Swindon and interested let me know.

  • I know nothing about trials but I'm interested to hear about electric ones. What are you looking at? What's the weight difference and how long does a full battery give you?

  • eTrials is nothing like other systems (Zero etc), they weight about the same as a petrol trials and you get about the same amout of time from one. So, a full tank of 2L of 2stroke should last one basic trial, or a 3-4 hour play session. eTrials have similar capacity.

Have a look at ePure bikes.

  • Snazzy new rain suit on order (Fuel Motorcycles Rainer)... I figured it should prolong the life of my current riding gear which hasn't been entirely waterproof in major downpours and at €150 it's a fair bit cheaper than new gear even if it is a bit spendy for a rain suit.

  • I ended up getting an all in one rain suit that goes over anything I'm wearing. So far it's been the best at keeping me dry but it's not the best look.

  • All in one might have been a more sensible choice to be honest but this one does look quite good I think...
I was planning to replace my Alpinestars Venture XT pants and Akinmoto Alpha 2.0 jacket with the newer Akinmoto Alpha 4.0 jacket and pants but I missed out on ordering on Black Friday and now they're out of stock on jackets at the moment.
The ones I have area actually perfect most of the time save for the torrential monsoon rain we've been getting in Ireland the last while and to be honest I'm not even super confident that the new kit would be able to keep me dry when it really lashes down so fingers crossed the rain suit over normal gear will get the job done!

  • What ball park price you looking for. I have been looking at getting an Evo of a similar vintage recently?

  • Market value’s £2.5k because it’s road reg’d. Trick bits like the various bash guards, jitsie and s3 bling. Open to an offer but where it falls short aesthetically it holds up mechanically.

I’d include a bottle or two of premix oil and a jerry can etc so it’s all pretty much ready to rock.

  • More of a motorcycling weekend than I’m used to. Took the nipper to see the Supercross in Anaheim on Saturday, then an enjoyable little spin, Sunday afternoon.

  • That headlight decal still cracks me up. Sounds like a great weekend.

  • It has been a great success! I'm sure I'll get popped for it eventually but so far, so good. I've no business riding that bike after dark these days with my night vision anyway.

  • I've been offered a Suzuki Beamish 325 with road reg............

Only problem is it's been sitting so long that the gears don't want to select, so currently stuck in neutral. Going to view it some time this week and hoping it's just a case of the dogs getting gummed up where it sat too long.
