Indeed. Ergon are wonderful, especially the ones with the little nubby bar ends. Others that are worth a try: Oury with bar ends like Cane Creek, or super fat ESI or similar foam grips also with bar ends like Cane Creek.
TLDR: Get grips that are nice to grab, and add good bar ends.

I'm gonna swap to flat bars for the tourer for 24'. Are Ergons still the go to for comfy grips? Or are there any new companies doing good things?
