Few bits for fixed build needed

Looking for a few bits to get a build rolling while I save up for some nicer parts.

Anyone got any of the below going I could buy?

1. 44t chainring 130BCD
   
2. Fixed rear wheel
   
3. 27.2 inline seatpost
   
4. SPD pedals
   
   

Not fussy on condition as long as it's functional. London based and happy to pick up most places

44t sugino messenger chainring here, it's definitely 130mm bcd.

Need to dig it out but here's a pic I have if it from a few months back. £15 if you want it.

Regarding pedals, are they the mtb type metal cleat shimano pedals, or the triangular clear you need? I think I also have a pair of the former.

I do need one 23mm tyre though, front clearance is tighter than I thought. Anyone with a spare going? Light use preferred
