Thanks everyone, devastated, its insured, will look into it tomorrow, was locked at Surrey Quays shopping centre by climbing wall and was stolen while we were inside. From CCTV it looks quite a violent exchange as someone tried to stop them.
I just feel stupid for thinking that the chain was enough. Defo getting that Hiplok next time round.
Child was very sad, my partner was there thank fuck, she took her home while I sorted police etc.
