From my understanding unless you’re keen to get properly involved just doing some basic mods like PID will get you significant benefits without much ballache. But the gaggiuno is definitely much more involved.

Yeah I’ve watched quite a few videos, I feel mechanically capable with the kits that can be bought now, watching the videos from a year ago where one would have to build them component by component, not so much…

Has anyone done or considered the gaggiuno mod?
I honestly find with my standard coffee it makes really nice espresso/long black/flat white, but a second one is always tricky - and the temp control, ability to deal with lighter roasts, profiling and better steam is appealing for £150 for all the bits…
