I used to swear by WD40 for removing sticker residue, but now I can't go past brake cleaner, if the surface can withstand it. WD40 is usually the go if it's something that might be damaged by solvents though.
As for fingernails, that gets old. I recently got some plastic razors with a couple of handles for a couple of bucks off Temu, which is usually a pretty good bet for random small tools like Dremel bits and so on.
Actually got a nice and simple rocking garlic crusher from there for like three bucks which totally pwns everything else I've tried, including a highly recommended $50 one which was a pain to clean, wasted more, and eventually broke. Stay away from most of the electronic stuff though; a pair of Bluetooth headphones I got turned out to be mono, FFS. But it's great for stuff like Arduino boards and other components.
