GRP roof done, powdercoated edge trims on, windows going in tomorrow, loft nearly watertight and ready for scaffolding to come down. A couple of weeks behind schedule.
Sewerage going in and digging begun on the ground floor; lowering the floor level by ~450mm and making space for 180mm of PIR insulation plus slab with wet UFH. Can’t wait to blitz the slab and walls in the new year…
