Anyway, I went on the website and went through a couple of loops in the chat bot until I got to chat to an actual person (or a very convincing AI), then explained the situation and they gave me a code.
Got through to a person, but they told me that, as my subscription expired on 16/12 (i.e. Saturday), I’m not getting a code!
I'm not sure the emails work. I tried to reply to my email, but got an error message.
I had actually been sent a code, but for some reason (maybe I signed up via a VPN) it was in German.
