Yes, It was a god programme for me , got good results for a few cycles. As @zooeyzooey says, you'll need to be eating a lot and getting good recovery, not a programme to do on a cut. It can also be taxing if you're doing other exercise elsewhere.
I found that over time the volume wears and fatigues you. Once your 5x10 sets reach a decent percentage of your working max it can cumulatively fatigue you . Heavy squats then 5x10 deadlifts at ~70% can be a hard day... doing a day on day off schedule helped to mitigate
Possibly an ideas to swich to another 531 variant for a cycle or two if this happens .
I used a google sheet to track and calculate weights- liftvault has lots of them .

I ran it years ago. It worked, definitely put some size on.
As I'm currently injured, left knee fucked. I'm doing mostly upper at the moment (can still do deadlift luckily) and it has me reevaluating which plan to follow.
Has anyone done 5/3/1 with Boring but big with good results? ideally I can use an app to track.
