That sounds unbelievably rancid.

The recipe I just saw also included bone marrow(to taste).
Delightful. -

Another food thing (I know that you are a vegan), wasn't dog food advertised as containing marrow bone?

Tomato is a vegetable. As are all fruits technically.
Vegetable just means the edible part of a plant. Includes flowers, stems, leaves, roots etc.

Damn. Bit of a QI klaxon there!

Lost one, ordered another, found the first one before the second arrived. Lost both, found one the day the new arrived. Found the other lost one today.

They are sentient, and exponentially so in combination.

- Fanfic author writes his own "sequel" to Lord of the Rings, planning for it to become a whole series of books.
- Amazon release "The Rings of Power" in collaboration with the Tolkien estate.
- Fanfic author sues the Tolkien estate because he thinks the show infringes "his" copyright.
- Idiot not only loses court battle, but is then forced to destroy all copies of his book and banned from writing any more in the series.
I'm sure @Oliver Schick can quote something appropriate from the original books.

Can’t believe you skipped over the fact that the guy is named Demetrious Polychron, which is an aphex twin album title if ever I heard one

People would have thought I was making it up. Delicious, though, isn't it?

Hunner percent he’d have got away with it, sold enough to get by on and been popular enough to be knee deep in hairy footed clunge at Comic-Con all while not remotely registering on the Tolkien estate’s radar if he hadn’t tried to sue them.

I hope Chuck Tingle is busy writing a book based on all this. "Slapped in the ring by the real Lords of my Ring" or similar.

That is extremely disappointing. I wonder how many people will receive that from an aunt this christmas and be disappointed IRL.

WTF indeed...
Chainring and sprocket? Or is that meant to be them between the wheels?
6 chainring bolts?
No drive side crank?
Strange integrated crank and bottom bracket?
Brake cables? Wait ... brake disks (if that's what is between the wheels) and brake calipers?
Two sets of pedals?
Two bottom brackets?
Two seat collars? One looks to be missing a bolt.
Tubeless?
Mudguard stays?
What is that to the right of the bars?
Star nut? -

and a set of flats, and a set of brake discs, but no chainring?
-
• #27273
Two stems, two sets of pedals, no seatpost, no cables, no cassette, no derailleurs
How did they gain this insight into my build process?!

And the fork clearly has canti mounts but there's a dual pivot caliper brake floating about somewhere...
Seems calculated to annoy.

Quill and ahead stem
Neep brose is the weirder cousin of porridge. Oatmeal and water stirred together (not steeped). Then add left over mashed turnip. Salt and a splash of creamy milk. All set for a morning of sheep bothering.
