Yeah, it's a pain. I'm really surprised someone hasn't come up with a better option.
I also can't understand why UNDOK don't improve their product, and makers like Ruark who completely depend on it don't force this issue.
Edit: it would be way better if I could just use the Tidal app or Roon but Ruark do not support these.

Oh undok is bad. Not unusable but not really nice. Our "smart" kitchen radio has it.
